A. Consider the following:

1. Why do you think it’s important to have standards of behaviour in society?
 Make society better without standard of behaviour in society it would be chaos.
 Improve how we live.
 Standard of behaviours guide us treating everyone with dignity and respect.
 Treat everyone equally. This is not possible without the majority of citizens
behaving in a standard of behaviour.

2. Is there common understanding and acceptance of standards of behaviour

around the World?
In my opinion there are common understanding and acceptance of standards of
behaviour that are
 Helping others.
 Do not cheat.
 Take responsibility for your actions.

3. Do all countries, cultures and religions, organisations, individuals share the

same values, interpretations of what is right and wrong, and associated
priorities?
all countries, cultures and religions, organisations, individuals do not share
the same values, interpretations of what is right and wrong, and associated
priorities. For example
 Family kills a woman family member who is raped is immoral in many countries
but acceptable in Sudan.
 Women wearing shorts is acceptable in many countries but not in Iran.
 Eating Beef is moral in many countries but not in India.

4. Do all countries, cultures, religions, or individuals, hold, and therefore,

actually practise the same standards of behaviour?
No, they don’t. They have different practice standards of behaviour.
 In some countries or religions women have to dress up completely and cover
their faces, but not in many other countries.
 In many religions or cultures in some countries women must respect and obey
men, but in developed countries women and men have equal rights.
