Activities Undertaken at Special Action Force In Sagay City March 02-06 2015
Day 01

On Monday March 02, 2015 We went at Cadiz City Fire Station and we arrange the chair in this
program about fire prevention month held at PNU. At exactly 8 am Mr. Bastida Checked the attendance
then three of us assessed SFO1 Parcon in preparing for the lunch break by 1pm we went to PNU to
assess the fire officers because the program was held there until 5pm.

Day 02

March 03,2015 at around 7:am I arrived at Special Action Force Station 8:am Ms. Arnaiz checked the
attendance then PSINSP. Amelao give an instruction after that PO1 Bayeng taught us on how to hold
properly the fire arms at 12, noon we were dismissed for the lunch break. 1pm we went back to the
station to dismantle and assemble the M16 and 9mm 5pm we were dismissed.

Day 03

March 04, 2015 at exactly 8:am we had a formation for the checking of attendance then PO1 Bayeng
discussed on the different kinds of fire arms and each part. By 12, noon we were dismissed for the
lunch break. At exactly 1:pm we have a film showing about the training of Special Action Force 5:pm
we made a formation for the dismissal.

Day 04

March 05 2015 at exactly 8:00am we were formed for the checking of the attendance after that we have
an exercise PO1 Liegayo taught us the basic steps of Rifle exercise 12, noon we had our lunch break at
1:00pm we continue the activity from this morning then we have a zumba . 5:00pm we had a formation
for the dismissal.

Day 05

March 06, 2015 at exactly 8:00am we form us for the checking of the attendance then Mr. Bastida gave
an instruction after that we have an exercise. PO1 Liegayo taught us on how to arrest the person. By
12:00 noon we dismissed for the lunch break. 1:00pm we went back at SAF Station then observe.
5:00pm we made a formation for the dismissal.

Chapter II
Observation

During our On Job Training at four agencies of the Government. I had observed the following instances.
In Bureau of Fire Protection, I observed that they are lack of personnel and their fire truck was too old
and they teach us on how to issue a FSIC. In Philippine National Police, I observed there that they are
busy because of their work and there are cases that they do not want us to see some confidential work
in PNP. In Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, I observed that they are lack of vehicle during
court hearing and other activities outside the jail that need a vehicle. In Special Action Force, I observed
that they are some of them personnel we have a training. And Criminology Intern’s they are observed.
