5. Click LINK SUBMITTAL this will open the submittal register
6. Select the appropriate submittal from the list and click OK. If the
submittal is not listed click CANCEL and click ADD ROW and
enter submittal info on that new row. This will add the new item
to the package and the register.
7. For each row ensure the following fields have the correct
information entered:
 Status: For Approval
 Spec Section
 Description
 Sub: this is the sub specification number (ex. 1.3 E 1)
 Type: this is the type of submittal (ie. Product data;
Shop Drawing; Sample; Report; etc.)
 Responsible: Subcontractor
 Supplier: Supplier
 Rec’d On: Date of Skanska Received Stamp
Leave all other fields empty for now.
8. Repeat steps 8-10 for each item in the submittal package
9. On the REVIEWERS tab…
10. Click ADD ROW and enter the following

List all the subcontractors and contacts at the top to which you are
sending this request letter
Check a pricing condition (ie. Price and Proceed)
Add any CC’s to the bottom of the letter
Click the GENERAL INFORMATION tab
Change the number to correspond with your PCO ex. “PCO 117 PRL”
Click SAVE
Click PRINT > PRINT PREVIEW to preview your document.
Click PRINT to print the letter.

Updating PCO with Quote Prep PCO for COR

1. Cost Control > Potential Change Orders > Edit  Update all quote information in the PCO detail in Project
2. Update the following information in the boxes provide on the Talk
