In business, a good first impression can go a long way. A bad one can break deals. We
are a representation of our company and it is our responsibility to uphold its reputation.
Dress Code Policy
At August 99, we value the image our employees present and how it reflects on the
image of the company.  As part of that effort, we require employees to maintain a
professional appearance in the office and to dress in business casual attire. This will
enable employees to work comfortably and project a professional image as a whole.
We do not discriminate on clothing required for religious reasons and are open to
accommodations as long as it is within reason.
Our Dress Code: Tech Casual
typically comprised of well-fitting, neat and appropriate pieces that are slightly less
formal than a business casual or business professional dress code. It implies a
relaxed but suitable attitude towards one's own look.

Sleeveless tops with thicker straps are allowed while spaghetti straps, halter tops, tube
tops, tank tops, crop tops with plunging necklines are not allowed but is acceptable
when worn with a cardigan or blazer over it.
Torn or frayed clothing, extremely short skirts, shorts and dresses,
muscle tees are not allowed
Muscle tees, tank tops, flip flops, slides, slippers, Crocs are not allowed as well as wearing beanies, baseball
caps and sunglasses indoors. Basketball shorts, cut offs and any shorts in general are not allowed.
