RESOLUTION NO. 20-055

A RESOLUTION DECLARING ORDINANCE NO. 19-004 OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF

LINANGKOB, VALID.

WHEREAS, presented for consideration was Ordinance No. 19-004 of the Sangguniang Barangay
of Linangkob entitled, “An Ordinance Prohibiting the Dumping of Waste Refuse,
Garbage, Non-Biodegradable Objects and Other Waste Materials in any Places of
Barangay Linangkob and Other Places Not Otherwise Designated as Dumping Place
and Providing Penalties Thereof.”

WHEREAS, per review of the ordinance, it was found consistent with law and of the city
ordinances, and is within the power of the Sangguniang Barangay to enact;

WHEREAS, per submitted documents, the mandatory requirements provided for in RA 7160
were complied by the Sangguniang Barangay of Linangkob;

WHEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, be it resolved, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to declare as

it is hereby declared, Ordinance No. 19-004 of the Sangguniang Barangay of
Linangkob, valid.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the Sangguniang Barangay of
Linangkob, for their information and record.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately.

Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, City Hall Building, Kidapawan City during the Twenty-seventh
Regular Session on February 06, 2020.

Salac, Melodias, Taynan and Igwas, all present and voted in favor of the aforementioned
resolution.
