MECHANICS FOR NUTRITION JINGLE

(i) The jingle’s lyrical content should be in line with the theme of the
celebration.
(ii) The jingle’s sound effects can be a live accompaniment (drum sets,
guitars, piano or beat box).
(iii) Borrowed melody is acceptable.
(iv) Contestants’ performances should be at least 3 (three) minutes and
should not exceed for 5 (five) minutes.
(v) Participants of the jingle should consists a minimum of 15 (fifteen)
members. Grade levels should provide 3 (three) participating members.
(vi) Contestants should provide a copy of their jingle composition.
Submission of copies should be on or before July 24, 2018.
(vii) Contestants can use props to their performance.
(viii) The criteria for judging are as follows:
Relevance to the Theme - 40%
(Which includes originality and organization of concepts)
Mastery - 35%
Musicality - 15%
Visual effects - 10%
