cover basic concepts of innovation; examples of how
various industries have innovated and created a
business edge; Hands on to some of the tools and
tricks to institute systematic innovation in an
organization.
The program will also introduce how intellectual
Property specifically Patent information and its
repository can be used to innovate, thus creating
value for the organization beyond the most usual
benefits. The emphasis is to deliver content that
builds conceptual understanding as well as provide
practical in-sights.

Institute of Science, Bangalore.
Shankar is currently working on Enable Innovations in Cleantech
and Energy, Systematize the flow of Ideas to Innovations and
several tools like TRIZ-based Systematic Innovation. His expertise
includes Technology Innovation, Intellectual Property
Management, Technology Leadership & Project Management and
Mentoring technology innovators. He had recently played a role of
Mentor and Jury in 'Power of Ideas' initiative by popular business
daily 'The Economic Times'. He is also a visiting faculty to
Technology Innovation Management at Symbiosis Institute of
Business Management
