Minutes of Planning and Evaluation Meeting with Stakeholders

A. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at exactly 9:00 in the morning by the presiding
officer, Sr. Ma. Elizabeth G. Tano, DST.

B. Opening Prayer

It was followed by a prayer led by Mrs. Sheila Avila Grade 7 adviser.

C. Roll Call

All the grade level from Pre- Elem to Grade 12 Teachers, non-teaching staff and
personnel, and Parents Association are represented.

D. Agenda:
- School Calendar Plan
- School Preparation for incoming recertification
- School ground beautification
- Student Lounge Project

E. Sr. Ma. Elizabeth Tano, DST read the whole year planned activities and the tentative
schedules.
- Miss Alejandra Bacolod the guidance designate suggested that the celebration of
Nutrition Month and Intramurals will be on the first week of August.
- The suggestion of the proposal of Miss Bacolod is approved by the majority .
- Dissemination of different committees on the said activity was presented by Sr. Ma
Elizabeth Tano, DST . Mrs. Avila the grade seven adviser ask to transfer another
committee where her expertise belong, and it is approved by the school principal.
- The PTA President give the exact date for the induction of officers that would be on
July 28 Sunday at 9:00 am mass, and should be followed by salo-salo as
acquaintance celebration. Suggestions from the PTA president was approved by
majority.
- The Faculty President suggested a lesser activity on since the school is preparing for
the incoming recertification.
- Everything can be modified it depends on the fix schedule of the recertification
according to Sr. Ma. Elizabeth Tano, DST the school .
- Sr. Ma. Elizabeth Tano ask the assistance from the parents association regarding the
maintenance of school ground who undergo a school beautification contest last
year. It would be nice if the design and beauty of the school ground are well
maintained.
 - The parent’s vice president arranged a schedule of cultivating again the
beautification of the ground with the full support of the rest of the PTA who are
present.
- The school principal Sr. Ma. Elizabeth Tano declare a NO LUNCH OUT Policy for all
students and pupils and opened up to the staff and stakeholders that there’s a need
to build a student lounge for them to use during lunch break aside from the school
canteen.
- Proposal for Student Lounge from the school principal undergoes votation within the
group and all of was agreed to the proposal of Sr. Elizabeth. The parents finalize the
plan to make Lounge for students and promise to share his time to manage the
workers in making the lounge.

F. Closing prayer was led by Sr. Ma. Elizabeth Tano

G. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourn at exactly 11:30 in the morning.
