Prospective course.

2. Training intentions

Purposes of the course training:


 Support students in the recognition of the fundamentals, origins and
areas of influence of the prospective as a multidiscipline; basic
elements in the identification of the most influential variables and
actors, and the main challenges that the organization may face in the
future.

 Support students in the design of scenarios with different tools to


perform prospective, identifying the best strategies of the action plan
that will allow the organization to support itself over time.

Course competences:
• Identifies within an organization; variables, most influential actors,
and the main challenges the organization may face in the future.

• Prepares the prospective and strategic plan for an organization


based on the design of scenarios and the hypothesis map
approach.

Unit 1: Prospective Vision: Basic concepts, Definition of prospective as a
multidiscipline, Areas of influence.

Unit 2: Methods and tools to build a shared vision of the future: Design
of scenarios.
