Task Hazards Control measures
 Proper training is given to the worker.
Material Handling Bodily injury, Dermatitis, Lung Disease  Proper PPE’s to be worn.
(Cement, Aggregate,  Use mechanical means of to minimize manual work.
Sand, Stones etc., )  When Lifting, bends legs and hold load close the body.
 Instruct the worker to get help to lift heavy materials.
 Require worker report back injury.
 Wear Respirators or cover mouth and nose with wet
