The study will assess the problems encountered of grade 12 Humanities and
Social Sciences students in their work immersion
Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions:
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of?
1.1 Age
1.2 Gender
1.3 Academic Status
2. What are the problems encountered by the Grade 12 HUMSS students in their work
immersion with regards to?
2.1 Lack of supervision on the students work immersion
2.2 Time management
2.3 Distance of workplace place to home
3. What are the effects of problems encountered of the students?
3.1 Lack of self confidence
3.2 Higher Stress Levels
3.3 No room for development
4. What are the possible solutions to the problems encountered of the students in their
work immersion?
4.1 Set a positive example of professional, polite, and ethical behavior
4.2 Set a SMART goals
4.3 Increase productivity and motivation
