GENERAL MANDATE AND Contract

This object-specific technical description of the measurement is divided into sections "General assignment and the contract", "project"
and "construction phase and warranty period". Regardless of this division are the requirements described and the advice of the
contractor applicable at all stages. The stages have no practical significance, but is to make the document more clearly.

1 BRIEF measuring technical description

Meetings and consultations with the client's manager surveyor should be carried out continuously throughout the contract period. The client
must be kept informed of the progress of the measurement, difficulties and any deviation from the schedule. Consultation with other
stakeholders, government agencies, businesses and private individuals, should go through the client unless otherwise agreed. The contractor
shall convene the initial meeting current measurement technology.

Implementation Descriptions shall be prepared for all measuring jobs. Implementation descriptions must be submitted to the customer for
approval before starting work. Implementation description should include the following:

1 Enter the planned start and end date for implementation, and, where applicable dates for major papers in the
mission.

2 Enter selected method / technique and describe the performance of the various operating steps of the respective product / service
(process description).

3 Specify how it verified that the chosen methodology / technology meets the requirements.

4 Enter the commission continuously documented.

5 Enter the selected equipment and related software implementation. Specify the instruments and equipment are
tested and calibrated, and when this is done in connection with the commission.

6 Enter item lists and code tables used.

7 Specify how and what checks carried out.

8 Enter the risk assessment and the elements in the mission to which it relates and how the consideration or
controlled in implementation. Risk evaluation can for example relate to a planned work performance can not occur
without complications, or to a quality characteristic on the requested product is not fully obtainable, etc.

9 Define what is included in the delivery and the form of products delivered.

1.1 Contractor's supply of instruments, equipment and surfaces during the planning and
construction stage as well as the warranty period.
The contractor shall object all stages and guarantee to provide the customer base as up to date maintained models, measurement and control
data from different measurement tasks etc. Delivery format should be as IT supervision or consultation with the client. The Purchaser shall, on
request, be given access to the contractor's measurement equipment for temporary controls.

2 Basic technical requirements

The contractor's name sincerely measurement controller must meet the following basic requirements:

• Have the transport department issued "certificate of qualification for the measurement of technical work in the transport department" with specified

• Have a proven track record as a responsible Chief Measurer of large and complex construction contracts
of similar type.

Eligibility Certificate must be reported to the client.

2.1 reference

2.1.1 Coordinate and height systems

For contract valid reference in plan and elevation seen in IT Tutorial "E4FS 2012: 0106 Overall", section 2.9.

The height system is a project specific system designed especially for the Stockholm bypass (FS). Height system described in
Annex 5 to the measurement technical basis 2Z140003.

Handling of geometric corrections should be made in consultation with the client.

2.1.2 Reference system for satellite measurement

For the contract, the following geoid model, specially adapted to FS RH 00:

• SWEN08_RH00FS

The contractor provided the geoid model in DAT, GRD, and txt after the contract signing.

2.2 Transformations, and alignment of bill

Transformation, fitting or on behalf of geographic information may only be carried out after consultation with the client. Transformation, fitting
or on behalf of geographic information must be carried out according to SIS-TS 21143: 2009, Chapter 5.4, 5.5, 5.5.2, 5.5.3 and 5.5.4.
Attempted transformations of bills and fittings shall be presented as table in Chapter 9, the title "Transformation and fitting."

Coordinate Transformation of plant geometries, structures, etc. should not be performed with the method that changes them. In such
calculations, the unitary transformation used. Performed transformations contractor must supply original coordinates and the transformed
coordinates to the customer upon request. Coordinate Transformation of points in the core network may only be carried out with the consent
of the client.

2.3 The control / testing instruments and associated equipment

For testing, inspection and documentation for SIS-TS 21143: 2009 Section 4.1.2 and according to the instrument manufacturer's
recommendations. Control programs for each instrument should be communicated to the customer before the equipment is put into
operation.

2.4 Checking the supplied core network

The contractor assumes responsibility to protect and preserve the control points in the work area.

As some points of the supplied core network within the contractor's work is a risk that they will be destroyed due to the construction of the new
facility. It is therefore important that the entrepreneur at an early stage, a suggestion immediately after clearing, condenses supplied network in
such a way that the points that will later disappear are replaced with new, representative points.

Upon clearing of trees and shrubs, or at the unveiling of the surface of the work area, it is important that the contractor takes into account the
points in the provided core networks and carry out clearing work in such a way that the points in the network is not damaged.

Technical Description Measure

The contractor shall immediately inform the client of the risk that the control points can be lost or destroyed.

The provided control points in the plan that the contractor intends to use for the measurement must be checked according to SIS-TS 21143:
2009 6.3, with non-compliance of the contractor's inspection and verification of the calculation documents of the existing network. The visual
inspection under SISTS 21143: 2009 6.3 refers not hard to reach points marked on buildings or structures. It remains with the contractor to
check the existing networks in such a way that it is possible to verify that they hold sufficient accuracy to complete your mission. Inspection of
inaccessible points be performed by station setup with resection against at least three points on the evaluation of residuals. The contractor
shall establish an audit program that describes the control of the points to be used.

In the control test by measuring from the prior paragraph, deviations from nearby known points lie within the error limits of SIS OR 21143:
2009 Table 22.

All provided points in height must be checked according to SIS-TS 21143: 2009 6.3, with non-compliance of the contractor's inspection
and verification of the calculation documents of the existing network.

Control Balance to be carried out by double leveling the instrument according to SIS-TS 21143: 2009 Table 3, the lowest "Class A2" or
better. Control Balance to be connected to at least two known (mountain marked) starting points.

If the contractor checks show discrepancies should the client's measurement manager promptly informed.

Reporting from the control of the control points must include description, status, measurements and calculations according to SIS-TS 21143:
2009 6.3.
