Abstract:
Historically in Colombia, there has always been a large stigmatized gap that contrasts the
Urban area with the Country's rural areas, as there is undoubtedly a great concentration of
efforts, investment, social programs, and development in the city and, on the contrary, the
Campo Colombiano has been left helpless, not only by the Government, but by society in
general, which still does not recognize the hard work of our peasants who cry out for
attention to their needs, and that despite the strikes, the marches, the terrible situations of
loss of human life in unjust wars and because of the criminal forces that take advantage of
these areas to terrorize the population, with all this it seems not to be a priority that
demands changes in the social, economic, technological development situation , among
many others, there is no inclusion process, a solution to the needs of the Colombian
countryside, there are no transcendental programs in the field of education. action, housing,
health, improvement of road roads to facilitate their work, discriminate as if it were not
important for society, as s not depend on them in many aspects of daily life, that is why
today is a large percentage of the population in a state of poverty, illiteracy, without
possibilities of overcoming, immersed in a reality that they had to face, because nobody
responds, only promises, that is why this research seeks to analyze this panorama and
gathers a general vision of reality in order to look for impact solutions to this problem.
