Introduction:

Punjab School Education department’s running 70,000 Schools at government level. Total
schools in district Rawalpindi are 1860. There is a need of monitoring and evaluation in these
schools for proper running and implementation of government policies. There is a structure of
organization for proper and smooth running all matters of schools. One CEO at district level
handles all district matters. Then two DEO’s Male and Female work in their respective wing.

Parents and Community: Role of parents is very critical throughout the whole process of
learning. It helps them to involve students into more social learning process.

Leadership Style: There are three style of leadership which are given below

Autocratic: - Leaders are directive in nature and allowed no individual in the


whole decision making procedure.

Participative: - Leaders strongly encouraged group discussion and accepted


ideas for final decision making.

Delegate or laissez-fair: - Leaders gave complete options to the group and rely
on subordinate to make final decisions.

Academic Performance

It assumes that imperative part in crating the best quality graduate who will get to be
pioneer for the society as well as for whole nation. Achieving excellent academic
performance only through adopting best teaching methods for their classes.

Shah, M.A (2006) describe that instructions are important part of whole achievement.
It enhances the process of teaching and learning.

Relationship between Management performances of the


students:
Waters et al. (2004) described on the effects of school leadership practices on the achievement of
students. The research conducted and authors developed a framework that identified different
leadership behavior that significantly affects student’s achievement. The researcher concluded
that head teacher vision is very importantly for school progress ultimately effect students
achievement.
Metlife (2005), data collected through surveys of thousands of participants for motivating
teachers and students, ensuring safe and healthy environments for every child. It is a

collaborative effort toward achieving academic excellence. Different study recommendations
also support the whole process. It emphasize on different other factors which are indirectly
related to school environment.

Teachers’ continuous Professional Development:

Teachers learning can be effective pre-service teacher education, continuing professional


development (CPD) system. CPD can help to overcome weak areas. Teachers get benefit from
CPD as it update teachers.

Classroom learning Processes:


Learning process is very effective through trained teachers. As it engage the whole process for
better development of students.

Learning Outcomes:
The overall activities of School organization rely on management and their vision. The whole
process link with policy implementation to getting original result of students assessments. School
can enhance their product for attracting more admission through previous excellence results.
The CPD model in Punjab is being revamped after more than a decade. The impetus to restructure CPD in the
province has now gained momentum. However, before changes are implemented it is important for
policymakers to ask whether the “AEO + subject specialists” configuration will suffer from some of the
same limitations of DTEs. While there are many advantages of the proposed model including the SED
and DSD working together to improve teacher quality and student learning, reduction in the number of
monitors and officers visiting schools, and a substantial increase in teacher training time, much still rests
on the quality of existing and future AEOs and subject specialists as well as ownership of the revised
structure by these actors. These challenges are only magnified after considering the sheer scale at which the
revised CPD model will be implemented – for primary, elementary, and secondary school teachers.

Research Methodology:
Research Design
This study is descriptive type of study it provides the details of the topics and describes each
aspect of the study. The descriptive research design is used to analyze the role of institutional

management on performance of students. Due to limited time, the questionnaires will not send
by mail and the researcher will contact the respondents personally. For this purpose, the
researcher will go to schools and offices Head Teachers have to hand over the questionnaires.
After some days, receipt of the questionnaires will be arranged. The mixed method approach
will be used.It including both quantitative and qualitative data in a single study(Creswel, 2011).
The descriptive research design is used to analyze the role of AEO as a mentor. Due to limited
time, the questionnaires will not send by mail and the researcher will contact the respondents
personally. For this purpose, the researcher will go to schools and offices and conduct interview
and questionnaires.
