Greetings!

We, at the Music Department, are grateful for your continued support to our activities. Every year, we
have a rising number of students who show interest to serve the Lord through the music ministry. With
the organization of various musical groups from the different departments of the institution, we now
recognize the need for further training of our student leaders in this field.

The GenSan Youth Choir and Orchestra have arranged a choral workshop on October 8-9, 2019 at
General Santos City. This choral workshop focuses on the technical aspects of choral singing, which we
believe would benefit the various musical groups of our institution.

With this, we would like to request that you allow our student and faculty conductors to join the said
training. The following are our objectives for joining the training-workshop:

Spiritually Attuned To utilize learnings from the training for music ministry.
Physically Fit To practice proper physical techniques for music production.
Academically Competent To learn new and innovative ways for improvement in the field of music.
Committed to Service To serve the church and the community with uplifting and heavenly
music.

Given your permission, the 9 participants will shoulder the individual registration fee of P 500.00.
However, we would like to request for your assistance in the following estimated expenses:

 1-night accommodation at SMM for 9 participants

 4 meals for each participant (9 participants at 150/meal x 4 meals)
 Use of the SPAC Grandia for transportation from SPAC to General Santos City & vice versa

We have attached the list of expected participants for your perusal. We look forward to your
