TERMINATION NOTICE
(Ref: Assignment Agreement no. 12837000 for Microsoft, Pakistan Between Unisys World Trade (UWT) and
IBL-Unisys (Pvt) Ltd.)

Microsoft Corporation has terminated the Master Outsourcing Services Agreement with Unisys Corporation and
therefore, in effect, UWT has decided to terminate the Assignment Agreement no. 12837000 for Microsoft, Pakistan
between UWT and IBL-Unisys (Pvt) Ltd. dated 3rd June 2015 for DSS (AV Link & Tech Link) Support.

This Termination Notice is effective as of 5th December 2019; aforementioned Assignment Agreement and all
assigned orders, Statement of Work, change requests shall stand terminated at the end of 31st March 2020. Any
other contracts, whether oral or written that are in any way connected to the above Assignment Agreement between
the parties shall also terminate on 31st March 2020.

Please note that all invoicing for the period ending 31st March 2020, will apply as detailed in the related assigned
orders. UWT will be ensuring that our systems prevent any Microsoft, Pakistan calls being raised from 1st April
2020. In an unlikely event that you receive such a call without any prior agreement, please do not attend to the same
but alert Gareth Sanger or John Wheeler to the call. If you have any questions regarding invoicing or service calls,
please feel free to contact Gareth Sanger or John Wheeler.

Please treat this as a formal Termination Notification from UWT. Please acknowledge the receipt of this notice in
writing and share a countersigned copy towards your acceptance.
