Task 2: Support the recruitment, selection and induction of staff

We had many applicants who wanted to be part of our café like managers. We had few interviews with people who gave us impression.

First applicant was Emily, who is very confident girl and she had answers to all of our questions without any doubt.
Emily has 10 years of experience in the hospitality, mostly like a manager and assistant manager. She described herself like a confident,
organized, friendly and motivated person which she had expressed herself in the first look.
We gave her example of store conflict and she gave us immediately solution.
Second person that we thought this role is going to suit was Correntin.
Correntin has 10 years of experience in the hospitality and retail. He thinks that this role is going to suits him because is close to home and that
he can move on in this industry. He described himself like confident, friendly and organizational person.

At the end of our meeting when we had our resolutions about the applicants, we think that Emily is one that can quickly adapt in our café. She
has communicational and organizational skills which we saw from the interview with her. She is self motivated and we think that she would
help us in every step and will bring us to the next level.
We are lucky that we had many applicants for this role and everyone looked very interested in this role.
