The teacher will show a jumbled letters on the board and let the students arrange the jumbled letters correctly to
unlock the title of the lesson.

B.ACTIVITY
The teacher will group the students into two groups, then the teacher will give some situations that can cause feelings
of anxiety or stress and the students will identify whether it is Eustress or Distress.
(after that, discussions will be followed)

C.ANALYSIS
The teacher will ask a question:
1. Why people experience stress?
2. In what way can you cope with stress?

D.ABSTRACTION
To summarize the lesson, the students should supply the following statement:

E.APPLICATION
Group Report
The teacher will divide the class into 5 groups. Each member of the group will share personal experiences about
stress. Afterwards,they will think of the possible ways on how to cope with stress.

observed.

Let the students arranged the jumbled letters and afterwards discuss the topic to the class and have some
interactions with learners.
