Learning Environment – Classroom management; class-set up and
appearance; follows established procedures; respectful interactions
amongst all
Danielle met class at the door prior to their entrance into class. Bell
work on computer. Reminded students to get out computers to
complete bellwork. Students immediately got out computers (bellwork
is on schoology) and began quickly. Students worked quietly. Gave 2
minute reminder so students knew how long they had to complete it.
“Finish up last sentence and close computers so we can go ahead and get
started”. Bell work turned in using etablished procedure (for the week).
Student on another site-quickly told to get on schoology or close
computer and then continued without time taken out of full class time.
As students began, told them (a couple had headphones) to get
headphones out. Explained will be able to do that later on. Put on quiet
music.

Summary:
Lesson plans sent to me 2 days ahead of time along with assignment
guidelines sheet.. The plan is well planned. It is a Unit asssessment
which includes a rubric so and will require higher order thinking skills for
students. It is well sequenced with appropriate objectives. Well
written plan!

Wants to work on:

More individuals answering questions. It seems like many times the
same people answer. Is going to set up a way to have more ‘volunteers’.
