About HATCH! PROGRAM
HATCH! PROGRAM is a start-up incubator and a social enterprise. We are focusing
on creating competitive, innovative and potential Vietnamese start-ups, as well
as building a strong start-up ecosystem in Vietnam. HATCH! PROGRAM consists
of three pillars: community building, start-up incubating and seed funding.

HATCH! OPEN
Description A sharing coffee talk for entrepreneurs, start-ups and
experts to discuss about entrepreneurship and other
related topics, to share and learn, to catch up with new
trends in business. A simple and easy to organized
weekly coffee talk, HATCH! OPEN finds itself in different
locations, including cafe, meeting room, and office, etc.

Format • Weekly event with 20-30 people

• Organized 3 times/month

Code Camp
Description A monthly sharing platform organized only by developers
for developers, Code Camp attracts approximately 90%
of programmers and coders to come and share the most
up-to-date knowledge and technological advance

Format • Monthly event with 20-30 people

HATCH! Course
Description An one-month training course designed for young
entrepreneurs, HATCH! Course aims at improving their
business model and create a favourable environment to
grow their businesses.

Objectives • Supporting the start-ups in refining their business

model
• Providing start-ups methods to execute Lean star-
up, Growth hacking as well as Customer service and
product experience
• Creating a positive & constructive feedback environment
for start-ups and mentors
 Format The Course will be designed in four weeks. Each week
covers an unique topic:
• Week 1: The Lean Start-up: new economical approach
to form a business, focusing on quick and low-cost
testing processes
• Week 2: Growth Hacking: low cost marketing and
customer acquisition
• Week 3: Customer Service/Experience, Stakeholder

• Week 4: Business Model Finalization

Description A business competition for start-ups in Vietnam in
various sector, focusing on innovation and technology.
The competition will filter out outstanding performing

sustainably

Description A conference, exhibition, start-up pitching and product
launching platform for entrepreneurs. HATCH! FAIR
is the biggest annual event from HATCH! PROGRAM,
attracting over 1000 people and is aiming to attract over
2000 people this year.

 A hackathon in which each developing team has exactly
48h to brainstorm and prototype their mobile applications.
The hackathon is organized in both Hanoi and Ho Chi
Mobile Hackathon Minh city, attracting over 500 mobile developers.

Space App International Challenge is a 48h hackathon

event, an opportunity for coders and hardware engineers
to interact with rich data from NASA, as well as for anyone
who is interested in space or life sciences. The event
will be organized in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city,
Space App by Habataku, WebM, Officience, Ticketbox, Twenty.vn,
TechinAsia, Saigon Hub, MyProHub, HATCH! PROGRAM
International and Viet Youth Entrepreneurs.

Social Enterprise Day is a platform organized by Spark

Social Enterprise Center, Adelphi and HATCH! PROGRAM to connect
organizations that are supporting social enterprises. The
Day event is organized in March 13.

PROGRAM values collaboration and is willing to work with various organizations in supporting start-ups and

HATCH! BIRD
Description HATCH! Business Intelligence Resource Directory is a
open directory for entrepreneurs in Vietnam. Anyone can
post and edit their listings under HATCH! BIRD.

HATCH! CAREER
Description HATCH! Career is a recruitment portal dedicated only

constructed and will be avaiable in April 2014.
INCUBATION PROGRAM
Description HATCH! INCUBATION PROGRAM is designed to support
the execution stage of every startup by providing business
assistance in a dynamic environment where startups can
learn, practice as well as exchange valuable and practical
knowledge.
