CSR activity:
Kenwood does not focus much on CSR activity as it is corporate communications
department’s responsibility and Kenwood Pakistan does not have any dedicated corporate
communications department. Their main focus is on sales and media campaign. However,
they have conducted short-term CSR activity. For example, last year they conducted a
short-term CSR activity during Ramadan, under the name of Homage brand in which a
truck was moved around some places of Karachi with water dispensers from noon to
night in order to provide water to the public and used to stop during Iftaar time at a
crowded public place so that people can break their fast.
Future Planning:
R and I is looking forward to introduce some new products under the name of Homeage
with some different features and qualities. Furthermore, it is planning create one sector of
Homeage and Kenwood in order to be more competitive and known the country.
