III. Procedure

 Activity:
- Ask the student this question: Have you ever watched a Hindu singing or dancing?
- The teacher will show the following pictures to the a video of Hindu performance,
and will ask the following question afterwards:

A. Analysis
1. What is your impression on their way of singing or dancing?
2. How would you compare their kind of music they have to the types of music we have in
this generation?
B. Abstraction
- The teacher together with the student will share ideas about the vocal music and
instrumental music of INDIA.
- Through a group activity, the teacher and the student will be able to discuss the
characteristic of Traditional music of India.
C. Application : The Singing Bee
- Choose one Filipino folk song to be sang by each group and they will accompany it
with different improvised musical instrument that would simulate instruments being
studied.
