Day 1

Today is our first day of our Field study 3. At exactly 1:00 in the afternoon we gather at
Tapia Elementary School ground to meet our Buddies and cooperating Teacher. At the
meeting School head discuss some rules regarding their school policies, as a practice
student teacher we obliged to follow their terms and conditions. After few minutes
dialogue Ms. Loise Jade Taran our Field Supervisor Deployed / assigned us to their
respective

School advisers and we assigned to Mrs. Jocelyn Espenosa and my Buddies are Ken
Capio, Jenivabe Capuno and right after the orientation we immediately headed to our
Ct’s classroom to meet her. As we inter her classroom the learners greeted politely and
welcome us with warmth hearts into their classroom. After we discuss to her our task
of why we being here we leave out of her classroom and we tell her that we well
comeback soon to start our teaching practice but before we went home we went back to
their Principals office to secure our attendance for that day.
 Day 2

Today is November 21, 2019 is the starting of our first hands on teaching. While we’re
still approaching to her classroom one of the student notice that we’re coming so she
run toward to us and gives as a warm greetings saying “ Good afternoon ma’am Sir’.
Hearing that soft and calm voice makes my heart feels at ease, because to tell you
honestly before I went to school this earlier I am really nervous my hands were shaking
and I can’t hardly tell what am I going to do if one of my learner will ask me something
that is new to them. I felt so nervous not because the topic but because I have a feeling
that I am handling minors how can I be a best teacher to them but when I hear the voice
of gladness my what if’s and worries gone away. Together with my buddies we started
our teaching session in the afternoon the atmosphere of the classroom is conducive to
students learning

Today we task to apply the 3 strategies of teaching the remedial, enhancement and
tutorial, before we do out Cooperating teacher let us observes the thing that we need to
achieve to comply the students learning process. Today, I learn that every student
needs an attention that only teachers can gave ” formal Education”. Handling
multicultural student in a diverse community is very challenging it is more likely to be
called parenting.
 Day 3

Today we use redial, tutorial and enhancement method separately by time. Facing the
large number of classes is very difficult to any teacher most especially if they can easily
distracted to what happening in their surroundings. The use of these strategies is to
address gaps in basic skills it also target reading and mathematical weaknesses that
coming from special education services. During remedial class we let student recall their
past topics and tell us what they’ve learn through them.

In that way we can recognized who needs immense attention we conduct two activities
each method. The next thing we do is tutorial during this time we teach them a lesson
whom they can still remember even if they grown too far. To have a better
understanding about the topics it is important to set our goals so that we are guided. I
used deductive method in which students learn from the very basic up to complex
process. I used pencil, pen, and notebooks as my supporting materials ahead of these
things is picking of the best topic so that the learner will able to active in our class
participation. In mathematics we conduct evaluation in a form of quiz. Most of them got
the right answer. Why are these thing is important? Of course to help learners enhance
their intellectual aspects, communication and social skills. I am so glad that we leave
out her but the teaching and lesson that we taught to them are lasting.
