AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

I, GENARO B. LAGRIA, of legal age, Filipino, resident of Bilar, Bohol

Philippines, after having been duly sworn under oath, do hereby declare that:
1. I am the legitimate son and one of the surviving heirs of AUREA H. LAGRIA;

2. During her lifetime, AUREA H. LAGRIA owned a parcel of land covered by

Original Certificate of Title No. 82947, designated as Lot No. 8862, located at La
Libertad, Molinao East, Lila, Bohol, Philippines;

3. Being one of the surviving heirs of AUREA H. LAGRIA, I have the legal right to
request and process all the papers and documents pertaining to the said parcel
of land;

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the above statements and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
