CREATION OF OPLAN DILAAB AS A MOVEMENT FOR THE ANTI-DRUG ABUSE

CAMPAIGN OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TINGUB

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Tingub supports the campaign of the President Rodrigo
Roa Duterte in his fight against illegal drugs. The OPLAN DILAAB of Sangguniang Kabataan Tingub in
partnership with BADAC is an action-awareness operation in suppression of the involvement of youth to
illegal drugs. These include activities such as mural painting, movie viewing, symposiums and many
more that is needed for crime prevention and elimination.
WHEREAS, the creation of OPLAN DILAAB be serve as a sustainable program of Sangguniang
Kabataan Tingub will be observe throughout time. Sangguniang Kabataan Tingub Officials together with
the BADAC will be thorough and consistent in the conduct of the OPLAN DILAAB in order to create a
society that is drug free
WHEREAS, the operation be effective this year of 2019 and functional until the community of
Tingub be declared as a drug-free barangay.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN TINGUB the creation of OPLAN DILAAB as a movement for the Anti-Drug Abuse Campaign of the
Sangguniang Kabataan Tingub.
