An average of 3-4 sandwiches can be made from one pound. Includes
4 ounces of sauce per pound. Choose our traditional red bbq sauce or
the light mustard bbq sauce (which is great with the pork!)

SALADS
We offer two “family sizes” of our salads. The small pan serves
between 6 and 10 people and includes 1⁄2 pint of dressing. The large
pan serves between 20 and 25 people and includes one pint of
dressing. Extra dressing is $7.00 per pint.
