Frozen ground conditions have slowed down the removal of infill.

Removal and Recycling of the artificial turf field

Infill: Removed infill inclusive of crumb rubber and sand will be shipped to Washington Academy, East
Machias, Maine, for use in their artificial turf installation. The contractor will provide certification of the
reuse of the infill extracted.

Synthetic turf carpet: Target Technologies International Inc. (TTII) has confirmed that the product will be
shipped to Poly-Pacific Inc., located in Malaysia. TTII will provide the following information related to
Poly-Pacific Inc.:

1. Name and site location

2. Serial number of container
3. Date containers arrive and depart from site
4. Date of arrival at factory in Malaysia
5. Date of final processing into post-consumer products

Poly-Pacific Inc. will recycle the artificial turf carpet into post-consumer products such as plastic lumber,
irrigation pipes and fence posts. The time frame once the product is received can take up to 4 months
for certification to arrive.
