ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS / LOVE ISLAND – Season 2

I hereby represent and warrant that I meet all of the following eligibility requirements to participate in the
Program, including without limitation:
1. Age: I am at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in my state of residence on or
before the Closing Date due to the nature of the Program.
2. Identification: I understand and acknowledge that it may be necessary for me to provide two (2) valid
forms of identification showing proof of my age and picture identification (e.g., a certified copy of my
birth certificate and driver’s license, passport, etc.) in connection with my participation in the
Program.
3. Citizenship/Visa: I must hold a passport which is valid through January 2021 to allow me to
participate in the Program for the duration of production thereof. I agree to notify Producer
immediately of any change to my passport or travel status.
4. I am not:
a. currently employed or an agent or representative of us or any of our affiliates, parents or
subsidiaries or the Network or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate thereof and have not been
previously employed by us, our affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, or the Network or any
parent, subsidiary, or affiliate thereof within the last 10 (ten) years preceding January 1, 2020;
b. currently employed or previously employed within the last two years by any person or entity
supplying the prize and/or services to the Program or otherwise involved in the
development, production, distribution, or exploitation of the Program; OR
c. a live-in partner, member of a household, or immediate relative (for example, mother, father,
son, daughter, brother or sister) of an employee, director, officer, independent contractor,
agent, or representative of ours, the Network or any of the Network’s or our respective
parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates.

5. Public Office: I am not currently a candidate for public office, and if selected to participate in the
Program, I agree that I will not become a candidate for public office until at least one (1) year after the
initial broadcast of the final episode of the Program in which I appear.

6. If I am selected to participate in the selection process or the Program, I acknowledge that I will be
required to sign all waivers and release agreements in connection with participating in the Program.

7. If I am selected to participate, I will be exclusively available to Producer in Los Angeles or elsewhere

for the participant selection process.

8. If I am selected to participate in the Series, I will need to be exclusively available to participate in the
Program for approximately 6-8 consecutive weeks for taping of the Program, starting in or around
May 2020, and if necessary any follow-up at Producers’ discretion.

9. Being chosen to interview at any level will not ensure that I will be selected to continue through the
selection process. Producer reserves the right to disqualify or exclude, at their sole discretion, any
individual from the interview and selection process at any time. Producer also reserves the right to
change the rules and procedures at any time.

(the foregoing shall be collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Requirements”)

I hereby represent and warrant that I meet all of the Eligibility Requirements as of the date hereof and that I
shall notify you of any change which may affect my meeting the Eligibility Requirements, including any changes
while I am participating in the Program. Producer reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, revise, or
change at any time or in any manner the Eligibility Requirements.
