The inner solid conductor has radius a = 2 mm and outer hollow conductor of very small thickness has radius b = 8 mm. The region a < 𝜌 < b has relative permittivity = 6.25, relative permeability = 1 and conductivity ⃗⃗⃗ = (100/ 𝜌)sin(5πz) sin(ωt) ⃗⃗⃗⃗ = 0. If 𝐄 𝒂𝝆 V/m in that region, determine (i) the angular frequency, ω using Maxwell’s equations, (ii) the total charge on the inner conductor at t = π/(2ω).
