Purpose
The following personalized, three-year faculty development plan has been mutually
negotiated between MS. REMEDIOS A. PALAGANAS, CPA, MBA, and MR. EDMON
M. FERNANDEZ. The purpose of this plan is to help enhance MR. EDMON M.
FERNANDEZ’s profession al growth, development and vitality and successfully fulfill the
requirements of her position at Urdaneta City University. It is not a contract but a guide
for identifying and managing professional growth opportunities.
Timetable
The plan began on the 1st Semester of AY 2017- 2018 and will continue for three years.
It will be negotiated and/or modified at six-month intervals with a new date of expiration
assigned.
A. Instructional Activities
1. Attend workshops to improve classroom techniques
2. To become a Council of Management Educators (COME) conventions
3. Enhance ability to deliver instruction via interactive strategies
4. Improve academic advising by attending available workshops
5. Others related to instructional activities

b. Outreach Program – Pamaskong Handog 2017 ( Feeding Program to
less fortunate children of Sugcong, Urdaneta City)
