import process
Interact and Coordinate with all downstream systems and DBA team in case of outages or any
critical issues

Provide technical support for production cycle jobs, monitoring and troubleshooting

Based on BRD, Configured the profiles (pay calculation, security, accrual, and
schedule) in Workforce Ready.
Responsible for the weekly /Bi weekly pay files generation.
Development of the various interfaces which will generate files by extracting data
from the procedures and tables.
Configured the pay rule and work rule building blocks as per the business
requirement.
Worked on other modules like Accruals, Activities etc.,
Inserted lookups and created stored procedures in the Database based on the
requirements.
Worked in fixing the issues for Inbound and Outbound interfaces while testing.
Generated the test results/pay files and sending to downstream systems for
Validation.
Go-Live communication, Post production monitoring, Train/Support the user for pre
and post production activities.
