Description
This course is a business simulation that integrates courses in previous and on-going courses
to be implemented in business and management experiences. This course provides students
the experiences to train entrepreneurship competency; business and management
competency; building relationship competency to achieve their company's goal. Through a
student-based learning approach, students in the IBE will have the opportunity to demonstrate
the ability to plan and evaluate their business strategy; understand the implementation of
business strategy (+/-); experience in management practices in business exit strategy and
work in a team effectively.
Learning Method
Lecturing in the auditorium: provide the student with the conceptual framework on
how to develop their competencies
Business coach at Tutorial class
Sharing from guest lecture to provide the student the insights from practitioners on
how the business developed and performed
Labs or centers collaboration if possible
Real practices in managing business
