Syllabus Integrative Business Experience 2

Description
This course is a business simulation that integrates courses in previous and on-going courses
to be implemented in business and management experiences. This course provides students
the experiences to train entrepreneurship competency; business and management
competency; building relationship competency to achieve their company's goal. Through a
student-based learning approach, students in the IBE will have the opportunity to demonstrate
the ability to plan and evaluate their business strategy; understand the implementation of
business strategy (+/-); experience in management practices in business exit strategy and
work in a team effectively.

Learning Method
 Lecturing in the auditorium: provide the student with the conceptual framework on
how to develop their competencies
 Business coach at Tutorial class
 Sharing from guest lecture to provide the student the insights from practitioners on
how the business developed and performed
 Labs or centers collaboration if possible
 Real practices in managing business
 Presentation and feedback

General Course Policy


1. >= 80% attendance.
2. Should prepare materials before class
3. If you disagree with your grade, or if you feel I have graded something incorrectly,
write down your specific argument and give it to me along with the original grade and
the supporting materials within a week after I announce the grade.
4. Should there be a sudden emergency (a medical emergency with an accompanying
doctor’s note), consideration will be given ONLY IF the student notifies the lecturer by
email (not later than 1 week)
5. Turn your assignments on time
