1. Write down all of the mindset-based actions that you’ll need to take
to achieve your goal.
3. Once you’ve written all of your actions and outcomes, start to prioritize
each of your tasks.
Just because a task isn’t a “high priority” doesn’t mean you don’t need to focus
on it! However, the more time you spend on your high priority tasks, the
higher the chance of achieving your goal.
4. Now it’s time to start setting the dates you plan to start and finish each
step of your action plan.
Pushing yourself to achieve your goal quickly can help keep you on track,
but be careful not to set unrealistic dates.
5. Feel free to use the notes section at any point during the process – you can
use this area to write motivational quotes that will help you stay on track, or
to make notes about any potential roadblocks that might impact your goal.
