Quantifying the white hair density

Two days after shaving a 1cm2 area (at D0 and after 4


months), a picture of the area is taken.

The density of white hair (number of white hair per cm2) is


evaluated by counting the number of white hair on a
predefined area of the scalp of 0.7cm2.

All hair whose root is in the zone are counted.
