3.1 Project Management

3.3 Developing Corporate PM Methodology

organization and apply the best practices to produce the most suitable methodology that fits the

Once the project team members acquire the theoretical part of the project management as well as

During this workshop, the project team members will apply the developed Project Management
Methodology. They will learn how to apply the processes, procedures, templates, best practices and

Analyst (CPMA) from (IQN) – Scottish Qualification Authority, CIPM-Certified International Project
Manager and AMC-Accredited Management Consultant from GAFM-Global Academy of Finance and
Management.

SPM Consulting is registered under the Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA) number
276243 of April 2015 and name change of August 2017 and Tanzania Revenue Authority Tax ID number
117-468-461 (June 2012)
