EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The name of our product is Bread Rolls, this business will consist of seven investors
in particular including myself, Nicole Anne Viñas and the product maker, Jeane
Dacumos and others who are, Cris Mark Novicio, Gladys Quibuyen, Jhon Lhester
Viloria, Edison Royales and lastly, Jhon Rey Mercado. Our capital will be 700 pesos
consuming every member 100 pesos to reach our target market in 3 months which
is 7,000 pesos. Our product, Bread Roll's target market consumers are especially
teenager from inside and outside the Muñoz National High School Senior High
premises and also some people who usually likes the blend of sweet and sour
taste. The product will start from going through inventory , then will proceed to
estimating the numbers of Bread Rolls to be made a day. Then after, we’ll
proceed in buying the ingredients needed to complete preparations in
producing the product. After that, we’ll proceed in making the packaging, after
packaging, we'll proceed to the product tasting. Lastly, we’ll proceed to the
marketing and selling of the product.

II.OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS

B. This Bread Rolls is to be produced by Group 7 inside and outside of Muñoz
National High School Senior High School. The benefit of this product is that
it will make you enjoy eating bread more, tastier and healthy.
C. It envision to create a cheap, yet a delicious product that they thought
they couldn’t afford.

III.BUSINESS PLAN
The Needs

A. Our group is planning on selling inside Muñoz National High School Senior
High, focusing on the students in 3rd and 4th floor. Because many students
from the 3rd and 4th floor are usually choosing to not have a snack at break
time because the canteen is far from their classrooms. Spending the next
classes hungry is what the students do, so we want to help them by not
bringing them to the food but bringing food to them. To resolve the hunger
that the students choose to take.
B. Outside Muñoz National High School it is usually unfamiliar for the costumers
so we will provide them an experience to taste a unique and delicious
product in a cheap price.
C. We believe that our product will be known as a cheap, unique and
delicious product that will give experience to all the clients.

To become the best producer of a unique product and the most affordable
product which is delicious at the same time.

To provide an experience to the customer giving them a taste they never


tasted before.

Values

Bread Rolls as a business commits to give a unique product to our clients. It


will keep the best production, clean and safe. The dedicated sellers will
provide the best service they could give in selling the product.
V.MARKET PROFILE

A. Research and Analysis

The proponents discovered that the canteen inside Muñoz National High School
are selling Bread Rolls, but different from our product. Different in a way that it
lacked flavor and fillings. Our management computed if we’ll have a chance in
competing against the school canteen and we also asked to students about it
and they say, ‘tasting it might change their mind'.

B. Bread rolls marketing strategy will be selling to places where bread rolls are not
sold or where bread rolls are different from us. The sellers will be the one to reach
out to the customers. Bread rolls will target customers who haven’t tried it yet and
customers who wanted some delicious and unique food for a cheap price.

VI. PRODUCTION/TECHNICAL PLAN

A. Product Description
Bread Rolls is a five layer dessert consisting of hotdog, cheese, bread, egg
and breadcrumbs. Finished product will be placed at a paper container,
they will choose whether to put ketchup or not. Delicious and unique
products are too expensive for other people to buy, but our product is
cheap but delicious and unique at the same time.
B. Operating Strategies
The product will be produced at our home and will be brought to the
location finished. The raw materials used are bought at the Science City of
Muñoz market. Before selling products, the proponents will conduct a food
tasting for the teacher and give a feedback after. The management will
give its best to produce more products.
VII. SOCIAL IMPACT

A. Long-Term Desired Outcomes

Bread Rolls will be included in various restaurants and bakeries where it is the
number one best seller bread of their store. Our management will be the best
proponent in supplying bread rolls world wide.

B. Social Impact in the Community

The product will help the producers mainly in the business. It can also help
them experience to run a business. But the product can also help give
experience to the costumers. An experience of a unique product given to
the customers who cannot afford costly products like ours.

C. Business Impact in the Community

The Bread Roll’s main ingredient is the bread. It will increase the market
demand for the bread producers. Since the main ingredient is bread, it
promotes a healthy product for people who likes to eat chips rather than
breads. The product have a high chance in surviving in the market because
of it's uniqueness and affordability.
