1. I am the owner of a parcel of land covered by Original Certificate of Title No.
82947, designated as Lot No. 8862, located at Molinao East, Lila, Bohol,
Philippines;

2. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the above statements and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
