NONATO R. MAGTIBAY
Principal IV
Quinabigan National High School

Sir:

Good Day!

As agreed during the consultative meeting of Science teachers initiated by the Schools Division of Oriental Mindoro

last July 19, 2019 at Apitong NHS, each school is mandated to conduct the School-Based Pantas Agham with inclusions of

contests suggested by the Division Office.

Prior to the LAC Session and meeting of the Science Department of Quinabigan NHS, the body has agreed to conduct

the said activity this coming August 15-16, 2019. Dubbed with the program name “Rated SPG: Science for Progress and

Growth”, it comes with the theme “Enabling Technologies for Sustainable Development”. Said theme is aligned with the

Department of Science and Technology’s (DOST) agenda of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Attached with this letter is the proposed activities lined-up for the celebration of the School-Based Pantas Agham –

all of which are subject for approval. The group welcomes any recommendations and changes to be made out of this proposal.

The QNHS Science Department believes in the essence of making scientific skills and attitudes imprinted in the minds

of our learners. As we embark on the next level of competition awaiting ahead us, we believe that this activity will be of great

help in preparing our young learners in the higher echelons of Pantas Agham.

Thank you and may God bless us all!

Yours Truly,

BERNARDO JOSE B. MANDIA
