AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WE, MICHAEL LABOT Y MONASTRIAL, of legal age,

married, resident of T. M. Kalaw Street, Lipa City as the FIRST
PARTY, and LYRNALEEN C. LABOT, of legal age, married, resident
of Paharang West, Batangas City , hereinafter known as the
SECOND PARTY, do hereby agree and state:

That the FIRST PARTY hereby acknowledges his paternal

obligation to his minor children (Lorveleen Cascalla Labot and Mc
Lezter Labot) with the SECOND PARTY;

That the FIRST PARTY hereby agrees to give his child Mc

Lezter Labot who is under the custody of his wife Lyrnaleen C. Labot,
n the monthly allowance in the amount of P4,000.00 as financial
support;

That the FIRST PARTY hereby agrees that he will procure

MEDICARDs for his children Lorveleen C. Labot and Mc Lezter Labot;

That the FIRST PARTY hereby agrees that he consents to the

borrowing by SECOND PARTY or his representative of his child
Lorveleen C. Labot who is under his care and custody for a maximum
period of two days during weekends once a month and the SECOND
PARTY hereby agrees that she consents to the borrowing by the
FIRST PARTY or her representative of hes child Mc Lezter C. Labot
who is under her care and custody for a maximum period of two days
once a month during weekends once a month.

That the SECOND PARTY and FIRST PARTY both agree that
they will not interfere with each of their own affairs be it personal or
not and agree to let each other live their own separate lives;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunder signed our names

this 1 day of February, 2008 at Batangas City, Philippines.
