C.M. I am writing to you on behalf of the John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights, a
Past President Canadian non-governmental organization based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We wish to you
to offer our warmest congratulations and support on your recent freedom.

In 1998, the John Humphrey Centre sponsored the largest human rights conference in
Christine Rapp, Q.C Canadian history commemorating the 50th anniversary of the U.N. Universal Declaration of
Treasurer Human Rights. At that time, Dr. Alice Khin arranged to have a message from you read to over
1500 persons in attendance.

We now wish to formally invite you to visit our beautiful country of Canada at a time that is
Lewis Cardinal suitable for you. It is our intention to join with the rest of the world to celebrate your freedom
as the world's champion flag bearer for human rights and dignity.

Alberta, members of the federal and provincial cabinets, as well as other major dignitaries from

gala dinner for 1800 to 2000 guests. There would be opportunities for interviews with national
