ABOUT US

We are a group of Youth who came together with mission of improving

youth qualities such as; peaceful co-existence, educational values, technical
aids, traditional and cultural values, community development projects,
collective participation initiation, bringing out the special abilities in youth
such as potential with abilities to enhance private progression without
depending on government, creating awareness on the ills of social vices and
general awareness of how a youth should be or contribute to his society.

MISSION
Bring together student, youth, academic and business leaders to create,
develop and apply innovative solutions to empower people in need
worldwide.
As Activist’s we are synonymous with innovations, superior excellence and
capacity building to ensure sanity, morality and integrity amongst our
youths.
We are also committed in creating role models for the society.

VISION
We take inspiration from M. Ghandi and his famous quote, "Be the change
you wish to see in the world."
At ZYON we endeavour to be this change. We strongly encourage youth
enterprise and believe youth from all disciplines can be enterprising, make
a difference in the world and develop themselves and their skill at the same
time. We also empower the youths morally, socially, politically and
economically, by injecting hope into their minds, we also promote Skill
actualization subsequently, which will make us to be good ambassadors of
our state and nation at large.

OUR OBJECTIVES/GOALS
 To empower the youth in acquisition and utilisation of their
potentials/talents and capabilities through training and capacity
building.
 To train the youth on entrepreneurial skills.
 To cultivate and perpetuate an interest in entrepreneurship amongst
the youth by involving them in a range of entrepreneurship training
activities.
 To mobilise the youth to be development agents and corruption
combatants.
 To establish a network and offer consultation services to upcoming
youth organisations and other organisations at large.
 To foster and develop increased learning and development
opportunities for young people by encouraging and supporting them
to contribute, steer initiatives and lead their own youth-led projects.
 To build strong relationships with organizations that share our aims,
thereby further increasing the capacity of young people to build on

community’s long term success and development.
 To generate in young people a sense of responsibility and ownership
for the actions they undertake and to develop their citizenship and
involvement in their communities.
COOPERATE SUMMARY
We are human capacity building organization that seeks to make and polish
raw talent in our community, state and nation, we are highly skilled in the
act and have a reservoir of local and national exposure.
We have currently registered with (C.D.A) community development
associations and we have completed all the process as community
development association, in Sabon Gari Local Government. Proposing to
register as a corporate entity with cooperate affairs commission (C.A.C) or
a licensed platform where we can be given a due recognition on our modus
operandi.
We have great passion for the developments in our society, which
necessitated. Zazzau Youth Organization of Nigeria to set up programs
where youth can be empowered.
We are seeking into any kind of partnership with Government,
Organisations and Cooperate individuals to get an immense support to
make this dream come into reality.
Our strategy of networking called the Carer talk,(C.T).This strategy of
network is to enable the youths to have much knowledge on our various
departments in terms of Projects, Programs and offices that benefits our
collective efforts of works, share views/ideas, socialization, interact with
people from different professions, culture, believe and individual status to
have a better community.

ZYOON is community focused, working in partnership with a wide range of

diverse organizations to increase the integration of young people within
the community. Through volunteering and youth led projects our services
reflect the identified needs with the community and are predominantly
based on seven tenets:
Intergenerational – Through intergenerational practice ZYOON aims to
bring people together in purposeful, mutually beneficial activities which
promote greater understanding and respect between generations and
contributes to building more cohesive communities. Intergenerational
activities build on the positive resources that the young, older and middle
generations have to offer to each other and are effective ways to address
issues important to our community.

ZYOON Intergenerational initiatives fall into three categories, supporting

each other, working together to address community issues, and learning
together.
Active Citizenship – ZYOON embraces the principles of Active Citizenship
and this philosophy is integral to all our work. Young people are
encouraged and supported to involve themselves within the community
and engage in volunteering. All projects are youth led, gaining inspiration
from the young people themselves and through service delivery young
people learn and understand each other’s differences and to respect one
another.
Social Action – ZYOON encourages social action supporting young people
to work together to effect change both in their lives and within the
community, raising funds for issues they feel passionate about and
organizing practical tasks.

intelligent and vibrant professionals whose great passion is to create a
yardstick where potentials and skills can be used to exploit profitability,
productivity, and achievement of an organized and collective objective in

Our services include organizing events where youths can be enlightened,
empowered and morally trained which will benefits them as well as making
them to discover and exhibit their talents.

ZYOON.PRENIUM:-This package is specially designed for corporate
individuals, Secondary schools, tertiary institutions in our society to ensure
that every youth in Zazzau Youth Organisation of Nigeria gets to his/her
planned destination and achieving their goals in life. The package is
uniquely designed on various sectorial grounds about careers.

Educational Values: -Educational valuesZYOON come up with the aim of

enlighten youth Of Diverse Sexual Orientations and Gender Identities and
also describes the resource's capacity to successfully promote learning and
development within a set of criteria: a valuable resource focuses on the
learning needs of its audience on the process by which people give moral
values to each other.
Cultural Values: -throughout our researches we found that lots have forgot
about their culture we also realized to create these as part of reminder.its
ideas about what is good, right, fair, and just also ways to reduce the rate of
immorality among youth on social Norms and ways of behavior
conditioning attitudes and reactions to events and various phenomena in a
context of a culture.
Job Opportunity: - We discover that an average Nigerian graduate stays at
home for 24months before securing a job that could take care of his/her
needs. This trigger the rate of crime on daily basis. We are propelled to
work out our possible best in creating this Golden package for Graduate
youths. This basically aimed at allowing Government, Organisations, firms,
cooperate bodies to recruit from ZYOON.

Platform due to prior knowledge of member’s exposure and the know-how

of each trainee which is not farfetched from the various trainings passed
through, More importantly this Golden package is specially design for every
member who has at least a 1st degree and partook in ZYOONs seminars and
workshops.
Peaceful Co-Existence:- we ZYOON come into conclusion to promote ways
every society would become each other keeper, living together in peace
rather than in constant hostility. Learning to live together in peace and
harmony is a dynamic, holistic and life long process through which mutual
respect, understanding, caring and sharing, compassion, social
responsibility, solidarity, acceptance and tolerance of diversity among
individuals and groups (ethnic, regional) are internalized and practised.

ZYOONGOLD:-This is basically designed for undergraduates to inculcate

and instil in them that there is a brighter future awaits them if collective
efforts are been put in todays endeavours. Thespirit of excellence,service
drive and prepare their minds towards pursuing a better future goals for
themselves.

Academic Training: -ZYOON has designed this package for scholars to

foster outstanding academic performance in their various fields. We
engineer every participant in the area of mental capacity building by
enacting relevant programs that will aid this.
Good Citizenship:-We have in all angle try as much as possible search and
screened graduates of different institutions with higher qualification both
in good result, human behaviour, customer services act of which we could
inbred in them on how to be a good citizens through social, political,
religious and cultural acts in the state and country. However, we believe
that a well make and polish youths is our priority. Similarly, we all need
Good citizenship and patriotism in the minds of our tomorrow leaders so as
to make our state, country and world a suitable place for living.
Career Training:-In ZYOON career training for the silver class is specially
designed for those who need a change in their career and also in prospects
of other careers that will add values to their endeavours in life. Also, this
class will improvise means of tackling 21st century challenges in areas of
any career practice and informational technology.

Leadership Training:-Leadership training section is carefully designed to

equip the youth on how to influence others and the society. The qualities of
mentoring and grooming people to achieving their God-given purpose are
taught. This explores and exposes leadership secrets to every participants.
Counselling: - ZYOON specially create in process we can reduce the rate of
crisis, literacy, distraction among youths. psychological specialty that
encompasses research and applied work in several broad domains:
counseling process and outcome; supervision and training; career
development, counselling, prevention, and health wise in provision to
professional assistance and guidance in resolving personal or psychological
problems in the community around us and the nation at large.
Entrepreneurship Training:-This section will train the youths on how to
become business owners. Just as everybody knows that white collar jobs
are highly competitive in the world economy today in our state, country
and the world entirely, so entrepreneurship is the greatest need for the
economy to consolidate upon and stands to empower the participants on
how to become owners of their own businesses and be employers of
labour.
ZYOONBRONZE:-This section is specifically designed for less privilege
youths and orphans that do not have the means of sponsorship or sponsors
that might upgrade their level and standard of living.
Such as enrolment and admission seeking into various schools
Such as: Secondary, Tertiary Institution CBT exams, WAEC, NECO.
These are programs like Schooling Opportunity, Building Moral Standard,
and Caring for the Less Privileges and Fundamental Human Right.

Schooling Opportunity:-We discover that quite a number of youths are very

brilliant and intelligent whose parents cannot afford to send them to school
or provide the materials needed for their studies, we all see them live in
our neighbourhoods, ethnic groups, religions and culture. These triggers
our passion to set up this bronze package to support youth under this
category by giving scholarships and providing some necessary materials
needed to help the less privilege youths in our organisation so as to
produce intellectuals that will move these state and country forward.
Building Moral Standard:-We specialised in building/moulding of youth’s
habit and behavioural act of restructuring. More importantly, we are solely
interested in the aspect of reshaping habit right from the tender age till
when they gets to their final stage of adulthood.
Talent Exploration/Exhibition:-This is the act of showcasing the work of
talented individuals which may include Art works, Painting,Tailoring,
Furnishing, Catering, creative works in literature, exhibitions etc.
ZYOON has taken a major step by researchers who can go into youths
deeply in search of raw talents in them so as to put it into use and make it

beneficial to their lives and others. However, this is why we decide to hold
unto this initiative by creating a platform where youths can discover and
exhibits their inbuilt talents.
Academic Training:-We are human capacity builders; we see academics as
one of our major priority/fundamental. Subsequently, we will need
Government support in order to project this major aim of building the
youth academically to make our state and country full of intellectuals and
academicians so as to run a better administration of our state and country
in general.
Leadership Training:-This section is aimed at creating leadership qualities
and being their brother’s keeper amongst our youths(primary aim),this is
to deposit inside of them the act of being good leaders to its finest in the
society, state and country. In which they could put into practice the
characteristics of a good leaders.
Career Development:-We notice a lot laxity and lack of awareness in career
selection among the youths which are among the reasons why some of
them could not choose a better career for themselves. These challenges
may include (but not limited to)dealing with redundancy. Our career
coaching is similar in nature to traditional counselling. However, career
development focus generally on issues such as career exploration, career
change, personal career development and other career related issues.
Typically when we put a career development program for the youths, we
already know exactly what they will get/earn out of it, for them to benefit
more, we have professionals, intelligent and vibrant intellectuals set aside
to handle that as to ensure good career guidance.
Caring for the Less Privileges:-ZYOON has carefully packaged a decent way
of reaching out to the less privilege by supporting them with JAMB,WAEC
AND NECO examination forms in which they can per take in the yearly

exams and succeed base on the academic training we provide to them by

series of coaching. This may help them to step forward to the tertiary
institutions. It must be noted that we are human capacity builders and so
we show them love and care towards their educational endeavours, we
provide a conducive atmosphere of career choice, most importantly we
provide scholarships to encourage and build in them a competitive habit
and self-determination in life.

Fundamental Human Right:-ZYOON as an entity that strictly believe in

fundamental human right. In Nigeria we have a constitution that govern us
as a nation state, we believe it to be so in ZYOON. We therefore give every
member equality in everything we are doing and try as much as possible to
work towards absolute human right in the highest degree of laws which are
abiding us as an organisation.

OTHER PORTFOLIOS
Zazzau Youth Organisation of Nigeria is organising series of impactful
programs among which are:
• Provision of WAEC, NECO and JAMB Scratch Cards for the less
privilege youths in our organisation.
• A quarterly seminar that will be held at various local governments
across the state on our various respective programs.
• An impactful workshops, tagged ZYOON. Workshops to be held in
Kaduna municipal Nigeria state.
• Visiting of orphanage homes, prisons, rehabilitation homes, hospitals
and holding workshops for them to be part of the beneficiaries.
To mention but few, we therefore need an immense support from the
government and individuals or cooperate institutes to make this

intellectual dream into a reality by granting us license so as to run the

affairs of the Organisation smoothly without hitches.

PATRON/ADVISORY BOARD

This are strategically selected and appointed individuals who are
respectable and well established individuals with high reputation in the
society. They are mentors and role models to the society. They provide for
us a keen advice and aid us through material and non-material things.
They provide advice and technical assistance to the Board of Directors and
Management and Operation Council regarding various matters that are
relevant to the organisation, its constituents and activities.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors are the policy making organs of the organisation,
they are responsible for approval or any decision taken of the organisation,
and regard all monies received by the organisation.
