Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced User Experience Designer to be based in Hong Kong.
Position Objective:
You will be working with Business stakeholders, UX researchers, and UX Design manager
in building and optimizing products and services across various insurance delivery
channels.

A successful candidate should be able to translate fundamental user and business


requirements into UX solutions, and produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and
production ready UI design. Candidate should be comfortable in assisting user research
and usability testing to ensure our UX solutions are in-line with our customers’ mental
model while meeting all the business requirements and working within the technical
constraints we face.
 Create simple, intuitive, yet delightful UI solutions based on agreed customer
Roles and
journeys, leveraging the existing component library.
Responsibilities
 Manage stakeholders and create production ready UI solutions that bridge
between customer needs and business requirements.
 Build user testing ready prototypes and optimize them based on feedback.
 When necessary, aid and guidance for developers to implement designs into
production.
 Make sure that the production build is built as intended.
 Create new Design Language System together with other designers

Requirements Heads, etc.

Minimum Job  At least 6 years of hands on experience in creating UI solutions.


Requirements:  Experienced in applying best practices to visual design, user experience, and
interaction design. Basic front-end development experience is a plus.
 Proficiency in Sketch, inVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
 Experienced in designing UX solutions for multiple platforms such as web,
tablet, and mobile.
 Understanding of development processes on large, enterprise level projects
such a corporate intranets, portals and web-based applications.
 Ability to understand high level design briefs and requirements and translate
them into simple and user-friendly solutions.
 A strong digital portfolio which demonstrates good understanding of web and
app design and development
 Experienced in creating comprehensive UI guidelines
 Basic knowledge of Microsoft corporate tools and technologies (Outlook,
Office 360 etc).

Preferred candidate:
• Has the creative passion to explore how new design software (like Figma) and
other emerging innovative digital solutions can be utilised in their workflow
and overall projects.
• Has previous experience working within Fin-tech industry
• Is fluent in English (some regional user research might be conducted in
Cantonese/Mandarin/other language - depending on what language
candidate speaks)

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in design, HCI, or equivalent experiences
