1) Primarily responsible for explaining the clients about Y-Axis service level agreements,

company process of filing visa applications.


2) Responsible for making a professional Introduction call with the client to understand
clients profile and also explain the client about visa procedure and requirements
3) Strategising the visa application of clients on my own and with the team and
projecting the case in the best way by following the visa rules and regulations
4) Explaining clients on the documentation and their importance in visa application
process
5) Doing follow up with clients for collecting their documents through calls/emails in
order to file their visa application
6) Reviewing the documents and suggesting changes as per the profile.
7) Filing necessary application forms and preparing a professional cover letter –
Statement of purpose explaining the client profile.
8) Responsible for updating the notes and conversation with the clients in the CRM –
Sales force.
9) Assisting clients in booking appointments and guiding them on the online payments
system and also to arrange their documents as per the visa requirements
10) Helping sales team by providing information in order to close the sales soon.
11) Doing research work to find out the info of new process which was never done or
preparing a notes of that for other employees
12) Responsible for handling escalations by talking to clients and finding out the issue
which made them happy and giving a solution.
13) Taking calls on the refunds percentage to be issued by doing negotiation with the
reasonable/unreasonable clients
14) Responsible for preparing weekly/monthly reports of the team performance,
improvements, and escalations
15) Training new team members about process, and CRM and other applications which
are used to communicate the clients
