Subject: Offer of Appointment

With reference to the interview you had with. We are pleased to offer you appointment in our company
on the terms and conditions briefly mentioned here under:

1. You will be designated as JUNIOR ENGINEER (OPERATION & MAINTENANCE) and your
posting will presently be at Jamnagar (Gujrat). You are however liable to be
deputation/transfer/assignment to any other department, post or place as may be decided by
the management from time to time and you have no objection on the same.
2. Your salary packages as agreed upon with you shall comprise of Basic salary, House rent,
Allowance and Conveyance Allowance. In addition, you will be entitled to provident fund, Bonus,
as per applicable statuary rules and regulation governing such benefits.

3. You will be initially on probation for a period of six months from the date of your joining duty. In
case, your services are found satisfactory, you will be duly confirmed in writing. Otherwise your
probation period may be extended at the discretion of the management.

4. You will be reporting to the concerned authority as directed by the management from time to
time.

5. While joining duty you are requested to bring the documents mentioned in the annexure
attached in original of the purpose of verification. you will also furnish a self-attested photocopy
of each of such documents, which are mentioned in the enclosed Annexure to the company for
the purpose of company record.

6. As indicated by you during your interview with us, you are requested to report joining duty
immediately. Please accordingly confirm the exact date of your joining duty preferably in
writing, well in advance.

7. Your appointment will be made subject to your acceptance of the offer and thereafter to the
terms and conditions as elaborately described in the “Letter of Appointment” which will be
issued to you on the date you report for joining duty.

 8. You shall also, subsequent to your being confirmed in writing in mentioned above, be at liberty
to resign from the service of the Company after giving one month notice in writing or payment
of a sum equal to payment of one month’s last drawn salary in lieu of thereof.

9. You will be governed by the laid code of conduct of the company and if there is any breach of the
same or non-conformance of contractual obligation or with the terms and condition laid down in
the in this agreement, your service can be terminated without any notice; notwithstanding any
terms and conditions stipulated herein the company reserves the right to invoke other legal
remedies as it deems fit to protect its legitimate interest.

10. You will abide by the standing orders, rules and regulations and service conditions that may be
in force or application to the organization or are framed by time to time by the company.

The photocopy of this “Offer of Appointment” may kindly be returned to the company duly signed by you
in each page in token of your acceptance of the same you may kindly note that the “Letter of
Appointment” issued to you at the of your joining duty shall supersede this “Offer of Appointment” in
respect of terms and conditions applicable to the job offered to you in the company.
