training.
I have learnt about the emotional intelligence and how this emotional intelligence will helps to perform
better in the working environment. From this training on the emotional intelligence, I have learnt about
the emotional strength of mine in the working place and also I need to improve this strength. Also I
have identified emotional weakness. So this will help me to rectify the weakness and this will help me
to improve the performance in the workplace. The trainings session is more interactive and I has
interested to attend this training session. Other also very interactive to the trainers. All the people who
attended the training along with me are very silent and they are keen observing the training session
about the emotional intelligence.
