Enlightenment of knowledge in the field of your passion is a feeling of content. To reach to this
phase persistent crave for proficiency is required with a starter ‘curiosity'. I am an individual who
like to presume a great career inspired from my passion and hence look forward for opportunities
that would enhance the expertise and nourish my career path.

I’m SHONE JUDE ANTONY born in Kerala, India in the year 1996. I have completed my
school graduation till 10th standard from CCPLMAIHS school in Kerala, India and my plus two
in NIOS [National institute of open schooling] and passed in the year 2014. In 2014 I joined for
BBA in Airlines and Airport Management in SATM [School of Airlines and Travel Management]
in Kochi, Kerala, India which is affiliated to Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
During this year I have completed my IATIA and I am an IATIA certified Agent. The reason
behind choosing BBA in Airlines and Airport Management is because, this industry has great
career growth and opportunities in India. Plenty of job opportunities are available with Airport
authority of India under Ministry of Aviation, Government of India. So, being well equipped
with domain knowledge in Business management, I realized, to climb up the ladders in this
industry I should have strong leadership and managerial skills. So I decided to take up MBA
which will help me to yearn a good job back in India. After completion of MBA course, I will get
comprehensive knowledge about the industry necessary for their success with the strong business
foundation to compete in both aviation and non-aviation sector.

My all-time ambition is to become a manager that too in well reputed airline companies in India.
That’s why I chose to do MBA in UK. To achieve this there are miles to go for me and as a first
step I decided to get an international exposure by studying in the UK. Today, the boundaries
between countries are swiftly vanishing away, so the understanding of business requires a more
holistic and international view of the industry. An MBA degree would help me to venture the
path of management in depth and hence will aid me in applying my ideas and creativity. A master
's degree from UK University is specifically due to this reason that, in here the Institutions help a
student realize their own individual identity and how to use it in a worthier way for the world.
Being one of the most progressive nations of the world, it is laden with best opportunities and the
best companies. Comparing to India studying an MBA in the United Kingdom can offer several
benefits such as higher pay and global employment opportunities, meanwhile internships or
practical sessions are very less than UK.

Browsing through the ARU website, I am highly impressed with environment and faculty and the
facilities the University offers to students. The modules in MBA include core modules like
Marketing Research, Managing People, Strategic Management, Project management and may
other papers with a Final Project. Another main reason to choose this university is because of its
reputation and emphasis that ARU gives in practical skills and knowledge .The University has
also got CMI accreditation and I can choose from four optional modules which include
entrepreneurship and innovation, Marketing Planning, HRM, Digital Marketing Communications
and Sustainable Supply chains.Being one of the reputed and good universities across the world
for student satisfaction and overall quality of teaching, I have heard about Anglia Ruskin
University from my friends who study in UK also. Hence, it's my dream to get admitted to
Anglia Ruskin University which is the temple of wisdom to enlighten me with the knowledge
gained through years of practice and hard work by its faculties.

I expect to work as Operations Manager, Airport Manager, Staff Manager or as Aviation

Management Expert back in India within sectors like National and International Airports,
National and international Airlines or with Allied Aviation Service Providers. I hope the business
management exposure that I gain from ARU will mould me in away to achieve my career goals.

the website, I understood I will get a perfect preparation to do MBA at University of
Northampton. The course modules include Interactive Learning skills & Communication,
Applied Concepts, Research Methods and Creative & critical Thinking.one-semester Pre-
Master’s programme will develop a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the basic
principles MBA that I'm going to take at University of Northampton. MBA at Northampton
comes with one year optional placement and it's CMI accredited course. The course teaches
critical business areas and leadership skills with the extra value of additional recognition,
qualifications and activities.As this MBA is interdisciplinary, I will get hands on knowledge on
all main streams like Marketing, operation, Fiance, Human Resource Management which will
help me to seek job in any of the fields upon graduation.
