1. Business Overview
1.1.Description of the Business – What can you say about your business, It answers the
what, and when.
1.2.Major Demographic – This answers the WHO, HOW and WHY, and WHERE.
1.3. Market Segment/Product and Services – How will you attract your customer and what
can you say about your products and services.
1.4. Competitors Strength and Weaknesses – List the different competitors of your business
and write their strength and weaknesses then compare your business strength and
weaknesses to them.
1.5.Competitive Advantage – list down all your business competitive advantages

2. Sales and Marketing


2.1.Customers – Identify who are your target customers in your business: Brief Description
2.2.Suppliers – List all the possible suppliers you will need in your business: Brief
Description
2.3.Advertising and Promotion – how will you promote or advertise your business
2.4.Pricing and Distribution – List all your possible products with their corresponding
price: Brief Description for Pricing. On the distribution you should identify how will
your business distribute your products to different places if necessary.

3. Operating Plan
3.1.Business Location- Create a map that will show your business location if possible: Brief
description.
3.2.Requirement – Identify the different ways on how you will start your business.

4. Human Resource Plan


4.1.Key Employees, Roles and Responsibilities – List the different employees in your
business then write their different roles and responsibilities

5. Action Plan and Time Table


5.1.Action Plan – create an action plan for your business with its goals, action/step
description base on the goals, accountable to the goals, responsible to the action/step.

6. Financial Plan
6.1.Source of Capital – Identify which source of capital you’re going to use.
