SUBMISSION OF 2019 HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1, In preparation for the consolidation of the Annual Accomplishment Report of t

whole region, this Office, through the Policy Planning and Research Division (PPRD), here
requires all Regional Office Functional Divisions and Schools Division Offices (SDOs) to sub
their 2019 Highlights of Accomplishments on or before February 7, 2020.

2. The 2019 Highlights of Accomplishment shall showcase the exemplary performan

for the year as a result of quality, efficient, and effective delivery of education and go
governance. These accomplishments shall particularly focus on the international, national,
regional awards and or recognitions received (both from public and private award givi
bodies) by teachers, students, personnel, and by the office, as well as the remarkab
innovations anci initiatives.

3. A hard copy of the said report shall be submitted to the Regional Office followi
the prescribed template attached hereto, while a soft copy in word file shall be sent
pprd.region8@deped.gov.ph.
