selection board. The independent selection board recommends to verifying your
professional degree from the relevant institutions earlier to signing employment contract.
Enron Emaco oil & gas Qatar intend to being recruit candidates having Bachelor Degree
particular in engineering from reputable institutions for our “wells drilling operation
offshore project at Al Karkara exploration and production oil field Qatar”. However,
Enron Emaco adopted a policy for candidates professional degree/certificate
verifications. The main purpose of this policy to filter the candidates and find the
certified professionals. In pursuance of degree/certificate verifications you need to
submit Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand rupees) to our verification/attestation
department, in respect of academic degrees and national identity verification charges
from relevant institutions.

Mode of Payment :
We accept verification charges in cash/cheque through our domestic bank accounts with
Faysal Bank A/C Number. 3443301000000656 Branch Code: 3443 Karachi on before
06th December 2013. Submit your bank deposit slip electronically to the
(manager-verifications@enronemaco.com) and you will find automatically a queue
number, date of appointment, time and venue to visit Enron Emaco HR Team for signing
employment contract and job acceptance with us. Thereafter, Enron Emaco HR Team
begin process your application for overseas recruitment. The quick recruitment
processing timeframe is 30 days.

Do take note: As a verification result forged/tampered degrees/certificates will be

returned to the applicant and employment visa facility will be withdraw by the employer.

Re-Verification/Attestation:
Embassy usually require attestation done within a period of 6 months. For this purpose,
they ask for re-attestation or re-verification from relevant institutions. If your degrees
attested/verified within 6 months, you do not need to re-attestation, you just need to pay
Arabic Translation, Rs.8.000/- only.

As a selected candidate having queue number Enron Emaco offer you to visit our
domestic office at: Lalazar Karachi, from 10:00am to 03:00pm to signing-up overseas
employment contract, job acceptance as “Trainee Engineer” and attained briefing session
from Human Resource Team. Please bring alongwith you degree/certificate original,
national identity original, valid passport original and (3Nos) photographs size 1.5x1.5,
for medical examination and overseas employment visa processing. There are no other
hidden charges you need to pay, such as recruitment agent fee, medical examination fee,
airliner/cruise ticket cost, visa stamping fee, boarding, transportation, food, beverages
and recreation costs. Our appointed overseas promoter will provide you overseas
employment complete case-cade including (airliner ticket, visa for 5years, overseas
employment permission letter, medical fitness certificate, health insurance and overseas
national identity card of Pakistan origin.

Medical Examination:
You need to obtain a medical examination & vaccination from our approved doctors and
radiologists whom we have appointed to perform medical examinations on our behalf.
After furnishing documentation procedure, you will find a medical examination letter
from our domestic office Karachi and you should present in person before the medical
examination officer in Karachi.

Employment Orientation Program:

Earlier to joining your position, you should attained a seven days employment
orientation program (EOP) to learn how to perform your job, organization structure
awareness, safety health and environment (SHE) foundation training program as per
schedule at your workplace in Qatar. After accomplishing EOP you will be awarded a
credential from employment orientation program (EOP) to perform your services in the
oil field with respective disciplines.

Start-up:
Job start-up time will be the February 03 2014 and expiry will be February 01 2019..

Remuneration and Perks:

Enron Emaco recruit you for five years contract as “Trainee Engineer” in respective
fields on Enron Emaco wells drilling operation offshore project at Al Karkara
exploration and production oil field Qatar on the following terms and conditions:

Salary: QAR.129,234.50 Annual

Accommodation: Company Provided for free on site
Transportation: Company Provided for free on site
Medical: Company Provided for free on site
Recreation: Company Provided for free on site
Vacation: 31 days with a return air/ cruise ticket
after each completed 12 months of service

Terms & Conditions:

The following terms & conditions will includes in the proposed employment contract,
which you needs to sign-up with Enron Emaco HR Team in Karachi.

Period of Contract: Five years.

Daily Working Hours: 8 hours per day, maximum 12 hours, 4 hours paid as overtime.
Weekly Working Days: 6 days per week, paid holidays.
Weekly Rest Day: At least 1 day per week.
Rate of Overtime: As per labor laws of host country 2.50 times of basic salary per hour.
Accommodation: Free of cost studio apartment provided by employer with electricity,
water, gas, bedding and laundry.
Messing Facilities: Free food or 25% of basic pay to be paid in lieu of free food for
unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled workers.
Medical Facilities: Free of cost, to be provided by the employer on site.
Transportation: Free transport is to be provided by the employer from residence to
work place and holidays city tour.
Passage: Economy class by air/cruise from the place of hire to place of employment and
back on expiry of contract.
Vacation leave: 31 days with a return air/cruise ticket after each completed 12 months
of services.
Illness leave: As per labor laws of the host country with a return air/cruise ticket.
Social Security/Insurance: Employment to be covered at the cost of the employer
according to the host country labor laws.
