1988- 2005: As a visiting faculty and a resource person, for 15 years, taught
women’s studies at PG Department of Teaching and Research in Economics,
SNDT Women's University, Mumbai.
1988- 1993, for 5 years, taught MA- I and MA- II in Labour Economics and
M.Phil, Women’s Studies in Economics. For 10 years, gave contact lectures for
women’s studies in Post Graduate Department of Economics.
1993 -1998 taught women’s studies and worked as an external examiner and
conducted viva-voce for P.G. Department of Home Science for SNDT Women’s
University.
1988-2010 Worked as a resource person for women’s studies for teachers’
training programmes, refreshers’ courses, curriculum development workshops
for the PG Departments of Economics, Sociology, social work, home science
and English Literature.
1978-2002 – Freelance journalism, television and radio comparing as an
anchor person for Women’s programmes.
